- Base Pay Commission: Total annual earnings range from $50,000 to $120,000, depending on performance and results.

- Prepare repair estimates and explain recommended maintenance and repairs.
- Obtain customer authorization before work begins.
- Coordinate with technicians and Parts to manage repair timelines and workflow.
- Provide updates on repair status and communicate changes or additional recommendations.
- Ensure repair orders and warranty documentation meet dealership and manufacturer requirements.
- Review completed repairs and charges at vehicle delivery.
- Resolve customer concerns professionally, involving management when necessary.
- Maintain accurate records while supporting department sales and performance goals.
- Automotive experience preferred, especially in service advising, parts, or automotive customer service.
- Candidates with retail, hospitality, sales, or other customer-facing experience are encouraged to apply.
- Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Confidence explaining recommendations and discussing pricing.
- Dependability, attention to detail, and a willingness to learn.
