• Assist with daily accounting and administrative tasks.
• Process, review, and maintain accurate financial records.
• Assist with accounts payable and accounts receivable.
• Reconcile invoices, statements, and other financial documents.
• Enter financial data into dealership accounting systems.
• Help maintain organized files and supporting documentation.
• Assist the accounting team with additional duties as needed.

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
• Basic accounting, bookkeeping, or administrative experience preferred.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and other computer applications.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
