Responsibilities
- Assist in the demolition, preparation, and cleanup of job sites to ensure safety and efficiency.
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to accurately execute project plans.
- Operate hand tools and power tools safely for tasks such as framing, plumbing, electrical
- Perform carpentry duties including door hanging, trim carpentry, cabinet installation, and framing.
- Conduct construction inspections to verify quality standards and compliance with safety regulations.
- Plumbing experience is needed
Requirements
- Proven experience in construction or remodeling environments with familiarity in site management and various trades.
- Knowledge of blueprint reading, schematics, and technical drawings essential for accurate project execution.
- Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, heavy equipment operation, and safety protocols on construction sites.
- Skills in multiple trades including carpentry (frame and trim), roofing, masonry, flooring installation (tile or other materials), plumbing basics, electrical experience, and drywall finishing are highly valued.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team in fast-paced environments.
- Strong attention to detail with a focus on quality workmanship and safety compliance.
- Relevant certifications or training in construction management or specific trades (e.g., OSHA certification) is preferred but not required.
