Job Overview
We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Foreman and/or General Construction Worker to join our team. This role involves assisting with various construction projects, supporting skilled tradespeople, and ensuring that work sites are safe, organized, and efficient. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, a willingness to learn, and the ability to perform physically demanding tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Assist with the preparation of construction sites, including unloading materials and setting up equipment
- Work alongside skilled tradespeople such as carpenters, electricians, and plumbers in their tasks
- Perform general labor duties such as digging, lifting, carrying materials, and cleaning work areas
- Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized job site
- Operate basic hand tools and machinery
- Help with the installation of structures, framing, or other construction components as directed
- Adhere to project timelines and quality standards to ensure timely completion of tasks
Skills
- Ability to perform physically demanding work including lifting heavy materials and standing for extended periods
- Basic knowledge of construction tools and safety procedures is required
- Strong work ethic with reliability and punctuality
- Good communication skills and ability to follow instructions accurately
- Willingness to learn new skills and adapt to different tasks on-site
- English required, bilingual is a plus

Pay: $20.00 - $30.00 per hour
