Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain employee records, safety logs, and weekly compliance trackers.
- Assist with injury reports, Workers’ Compensation claims, and clinic appointment coordination.
- Run onboarding checklists and ensure timely completion of required documentation.
- Prepare translation materials and support bilingual communication needs.
- Support HR analytics efforts by running weekly reports and audit lists.
Qualifications:
- 2 years HR administration or coordinator experience.
- Strong documentation, organizational, and time-management skills.
- Experience with Workers’ Compensation or incident tracking preferred.
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) strongly preferred.
- Strong Excel and document tracking capabilities.
