What You’ll Do
Benefits Administration
● Process employee benefit enrollments, changes, and terminations
● Support annual Open Enrollment activities
● Respond to employee questions regarding benefits programs
● Maintain accurate employee records and benefits documentation
● Coordinate with benefits vendors and insurance carriers as needed
● Assist with benefits audits and compliance-related activities
Onboarding & New Hire Support
● Coordinate and facilitate new hire onboarding processes
● Assist with orientation and employee training activities
● Ensure all required employment documentation is completed accurately
● Support employee transitions and workforce changes
HR Operations
● Maintain HR and employee data within company systems
● Assist with reporting, data entry, and administrative projects
● Support process improvements and department initiatives
● Utilize office software and HR technology tools to improve efficiency
Qualifications
● Bilingual in English and Spanish
● 1–2 years of employee benefits, HR, administrative, or related office experience
● Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
● Excellent written and verbal communication skills
● Ability to manage repetitive and process-oriented work with high accuracy
● Strong computer and office software skills
● Ability to learn new systems quickly
● Professional, dependable, and team-oriented
