Jewelry Buyer/Gemologist-
Position located in Hudsonville, MI just outside Grand Rapids.
We're looking for someone to join our two thriving businesses, Jensen Jewelers - the highest volume and highest rated bridal jeweler in West Michigan and Jensen Estate Buyers - West Michigan's only dedicated estate buyer. No buying experience is necessary if you have the right background. We will provide expert training to the right candidate on all aspects of buying diamonds, precious metals & coins.

Our hours are rather limited as compared to other retail operations so it provides a great lifestyle. We are closed on Wednesdays and Sundays!
Requirements:
GIA Gemologist Degree
Key Responsibilities:
Determine product values based on market pricing and business requirements
Grading/appraising gemstones & diamonds
Support jewelry sales staff with gemological information
Minimum Job Qualifications:
Solid gemological experience
Willingness to relocate if necessary
Works Hours would be:
Monday & Thursday: 9 am- 8 pm
Tuesday & Friday: 9 am - 6 pm
Saturday: 9 am - 4 pm
Store is closed Wednesday & Sundays
Each full-time employee is welcome to enjoy one late morning per week.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $80,000.00 - $125,000.00 per year
