Human Resources Coordinator

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING

We’re seeking a detail-oriented, bilingual HR Coordinator to join our team in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This role is ideal for someone who is organized, professional, and enjoys working with employees at all levels. You’ll support day-to-day HR functions, from onboarding to payroll assistance, while also helping foster a positive and engaging workplace culture.

A highlight of your day-to-day will include:

• Manage weekly new hire onboarding sessions and support recruiting efforts for labor positions.
• Maintain accurate attendance reports and prepare counseling notices for supervisors.
• Handle employee transactions and paperwork (loans, PTO cashouts, safety reimbursements, referral bonuses, etc.).
• Assist with payroll and PTO processes in Paycom HRIS.
• Track and analyze HR data using Excel and other MS 365 tools.
• Support employee engagement initiatives, including appreciation events.

WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR

Required Qualifications

• Bilingual in Spanish/English (verbal and written).
• HR experience (onboarding, recruiting, working with staffing agencies).
• Familiarity with HRIS systems (Paycom experience a plus).
• Proficiency with Microsoft 365, especially Excel.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and work with sensitive information.
• Strong organizational skills and reliability in attendance.

Helpful Experience

• 2 years of HR experience.
• HR or Business degree (or related field).
• Previous experience in a manufacturing environment.

Salary Range: The compensation range for this position is specific to the location(s) noted above and is the range Jensen Infrastructure reasonably and in good faith expects to pay for the position. We consider the wide variety of factors in making compensation decisions, including job-related knowledge; skillset; experience, education and training; certifications; and other relevant business and organizational factors.

Additional Compensation and Benefits: Jensen Infrastructure offers various competitive benefits, including medical, dental, vision, life insurance, disability insurance, PTO, and 401k. The successful candidate may also be eligible to participate in Jensen’s annual incentive program, subject to the rules governing such programs. (Incentive awards, if any, will depend on various factors, including, without limitation, individual and company performance.)
Base Pay Range (Annual)
$25.00 hr. -  $30.00 hr. USD (Depending on Experience)
