As a Project Manager—a pivotal role that bridges design, sales, production, and project execution. In this position, you’ll oversee a diverse portfolio of projects spanning pump stations, stormwater systems, water assemblies, lined concrete products, box culvert, and wall systems.

Reporting to our Customer Service Manager, you’ll oversee end-to-end project execution—from design and estimating to production coordination and field support. A highlight of your day-to-day will include:

  • Reviewing model assemblies and technical drawings to support project execution.
  • Creating submittal packages and assisting with production planning and procurement.
  • Managing sales orders via ERP; tracking client interactions via CRM.
  • Communicating with customers, engineers, and production teams.

WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR

You excel in dynamic, fast-paced environments, bringing energy, initiative, and a solutions-oriented mindset to every challenge. You take full ownership of complex projects, seeing them through from concept to completion with precision and pride. Your customer-first approach is at the heart of everything you do, and you’re known for your attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and unwavering commitment to quality and safety—for both yourself and your team.

You’re not just looking for your next role, you’re looking to build a meaningful, long-term career. With expertise in stormwater systems, construction management, and business development, you’re ready to make a real impact at a company that values your contributions and invests in your future. At Jensen, you’ll be part of a team where everyone matters—and your work will help shape sustainable solutions for communities across the country.

You also possess the following:

  • Bachelor’s in Civil/Mechanical Engineering or Construction Management
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in precast, construction, or building materials
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, ERP/CRM systems and data management
