Batch Plant Operator (Lockeford CA)

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING

The Batch Plant Operator is a key position in our Lockeford, CA branch. This role operates and oversees the concrete batching equipment to accurately proportion and mix concrete according to specifications and ensures the mixer is cleaned and maintained. The operator utilizes computerized systems to ensure precise measurement and adherence to the mix design.

Reporting to the Production Supervisor, you’ll primarily work with the production and quality control team.

A highlight of your day-to-day will include:

• Clean, inspect the mixer before and after daily operation.
• Manage raw material inventory levels.
• Produce quality concrete to specific mix design needs.
