What are the responsibilities and job description for the Crew Support position at Jensen Gardens?
About Jensen Gardens:
Jensen Gardens works on several projects all over the Omaha metro area from, small to large, both softscapes, and hardscapes. This position does require you to work Monday through Friday. Be home every night - no nights or weekends. There is only local travel in the Omaha area. Our trucks, and other fleet vehicles are up to date (less than 5 years old) and taken well care of. Your general work duties will include:
- Operating Tandem Delivery Truck / Dump Truck Kenworth - Automatic
- Transport landscaping materials & equipment to and from job sites - Omaha area
- Communicate with project manager and foreman to prioritize deliveries.
- Communicate with project manager to ensure the most efficient project completion.
- Provide crew support
- Weekday work schedule: no nights or weekends.
Worried about job stability? Winter work is available at a higher wage.
A pre-employment drug screen is required.
Do you have the following qualities?
- Valid CDL Class A License with insurable record - clean driving record is required
- Superior skills maneuvering trucks and equipment
- Adaptability and foresight to navigate unexpected situations
- Desire to maintain a safe and functioning rig
- Enjoyment working in an outside environment
- Ability to communicate with several members of your team.
- Reliable Monday through Friday
