RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Establish customer relationships and follow up with customers, as needed.
- Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service. Service can include responding to inquiries regarding insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions and billing clarification.
- Use a customer-focused, needs-based review process to educate customers about insurance options.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- If you feel like your skills are overlooked and you're seeking a chance to prove yourself, you should apply (outside sales or inside sales representative, retail sales associate, or telemarketing) preferred but a desire to perform wins!
- Basic communication skills, you are not scared to talk on the phone, speak to someone face to face.

Salary : $36,000 - $54,000
