Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and support plumbing crews on residential job sites to ensure work is completed accurately and on schedule
- Review plans, specifications, and job scopes to ensure proper installation and compliance
- Monitor daily operations, including job progress, staffing, and material usage
- Ensure all work meets local plumbing codes, safety standards, and company expectations
- Train, mentor, and develop team members to improve performance and skill levels
- Coordinate with project managers, budget coordinators, and office staff to resolve issues and maintain workflow
- Conduct quality control checks and address any deficiencies or rework needs
- Maintain accountability for tools, equipment, and company vehicles
- Minimum 3–5 years of plumbing experience, with leadership or supervisory experience preferred
- Strong knowledge of residential plumbing systems, materials, and installation practices
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, plans, and specifications
- Proven ability to lead teams, manage time effectively, and prioritize tasks
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record
- Dependable, professional, and able to communicate effectively with team members and leadership
