As a Business Development Representative, you'll help create an outstanding customer experience by:
- Answering inbound sales calls using dealership processes
- Following up with customers who have inquired online, by phone, text, or email
- Scheduling appointments for our sales team
- Following up with missed appointments and previous showroom visitors
- Confirming upcoming sales and service appointments
- Working aged and active customer leads
- Tracking sold vehicles and customer follow-up opportunities
- Working internet leads with the goal of scheduling dealership visits
- Maintaining accurate customer records in our CRM
- Following all company policies, procedures, and safety standards
- Performing other duties as assigned
- Outstanding communication and customer service skills
- Positive attitude and professional appearance
- Comfortable using computers, CRM software, texting, and email
- Strong organizational and follow-up skills
- Self-motivated with a desire to achieve goals
- Sales or customer service experience is preferred but not required—we'll train the right person.
