Job Summary:

Are you a dynamic, organized professional with exceptional communication skills? We are seeking a highly motivated Full Time Business Development Center Specialist to join our growing Service team.

In this role, you will serve as the voice of our company and the primary driver of our Service pipeline. Your absolute top priority will be proactive call management, making a high volume of outbound calls with the ultimate goal of scheduling, confirming, and securing appointments for our service teams. Duties and Responsibilities:

The following is a representative list of the duties and responsibilities associated with this position:

  • Answer all incoming Service Appointment call using script.
  • Follow up with all non-appointment incoming Service calls.
  • Follow up with appointments and missed appointments.
  • Confirm all pending Service appointments.
  • Adhere to all company policies, procedures and safety standards
  • Efficiently schedule, coordinate daily appointments to ensure steady, high-volume flow of clients.
  • Conduct high-volume outbound calling campaigns while promptly and professionally answering inbound returned calls.
  • Preform any other duties assigned.

  • Handling: Seizing, holding, grasping, turning, or otherwise working with hand or hands. Fingering: Picking, pinching, or otherwise working primarily with fingers rather than with the whole hand or arm as in handling
  • Feeling: Perceiving attributes of objects, such as size, shape, temperature, or texture, by touching with skin, particularly that of fingertips
  • Talking: Expressing or exchanging ideas by means of the spoken word to impart oral information to clients or to the public and to convey detailed spoken instructions to other workers accurately, loudly, or quickly
  • Hearing: Perceiving the nature of sounds by ear
  • Vision: Clarity of vision at 20 inches or less
  • Visual Accommodation: Adjustment of lens of eye to bring an object into sharp focus. This factor is required when doing near point work at varying distances from the eye
  • Color Vision: Ability to identify and distinguish colors
  • Field of Vision: Observing an area that can be seen up and down or to right or left while eyes are fixed on a given point


Environmental Conditions: Be able to work in a climate-controlled environment

  • Atmospheric conditions
  • Noise

Salary : $40,000 - $55,000
