What Your Day Looks Like
Mornings (Office-Based)
- Answer inbound service calls and schedule Mobile Service appointments
- Identify which services qualify for mobile repair
- Coordinate and route Mobile Service vans efficiently by area of town
- Communicate schedules clearly with technicians and the service department
- Confirm appointments and set expectations with customers
- Ride with Mobile Service technicians
- Drop in on existing customers and local businesses
- Introduce Mobile Service to potential new customers
- Build relationships that grow repeat and referral business
- Act as the friendly, professional face of Jenkins & Wynne in the community
- Strong communicator — confident on the phone and in person
- Highly organized and comfortable managing schedules and logistics
- Friendly, outgoing, and professional
- Comfortable visiting businesses and talking to decision-makers
- Able to pivot between office work and field work
- Automotive or service experience is a plus, but not required
- Customer service or call handling
- Scheduling or dispatch
- BDC / service advising / hospitality
- Outside sales or relationship management
