We are seeking a detail-oriented Policy Document Specialist to process workers compensation policy documents, including endorsements, policies, cancellations, rescissions, and audits. This role ensures that all policy documents are accurately reviewed, processed, and uploaded into our system, allowing seamless access through the agency portal.

This role will work a hybrid schedule from our Atlanta, GA office.

Responsibilities: 

• Review and process workers compensation policy documents to ensure they align with binding requests
• Upload policy documents into the system for automated delivery to the agency portal
• Verify and update system records to reflect premium changes and commission adjustments
• Follow up with carriers on missing documents and track their status
• Collaborate with team members while also demonstrating the ability to work independently
• Maintain accuracy and attention to detail in all policy document processing

Requirements: 

• Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work well in a team environment
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Self-starter with strong organizational and problem-solving skills

The base salary offered for the successful candidate will be based on compensable factors such as job-relevant education, job-relevant experience, training, licensure, demonstrated competencies, geographic location, and other factors. The base pay range for the role will be $45,000 to $55,000. Discretionary incentive compensation may be awarded.
