Our work is rooted in an interdisciplinary approach that blends human insight and creativity.
How we work
We don’t deliver solutions to clients, we co-create them with clients. We guide teams through change by combining structured approaches with open, adaptive thinking. Our approach blends business acumen, strategic thinking, design methodologies, and facilitation to build clarity and alignment across teams. Because our work is complex, interdisciplinary, and multidimensional, we iterate as needed in order to deliver the best solution.

In this role, you will rely on your depth and breadth as a business consultant who understands client stakeholder engagement, governance, comms, and change management. Whether the challenge is designing a new operating model, activating a business transformation, or shaping a future-state org, this role helps bring vision into tangible form.
Success in this role

A note on fit:
We know this is a rare combination of skills. What we’ve found is that the most successful people at Jemini have diverse backgrounds and the ability to apply what they know across domains. They’re driven by curiosity, thrive outside their comfort zone, and bring confidence, creativity and rigor to complex challenges. Plus, they are multifaceted and multidimensional, not carbon copies. If that sounds like you, we’d love to meet you.
Mechanics of this role
Location: Our Jemini team is distributed across the United States and Canada, and we are a virtual-first team. We gather as a full team in person three times a year in rotating cities for team-building, collaboration, and learning.
This career opportunity, though, is in a hybrid work model (as a function of our client’s needs) with occasional travel to immerse alongside our clients.
Tools: Because of our virtual-first team structure, we lean heavily on digital tools like Slack, Figma / FigJam, and video conferencing for daily collaboration. That said, our clients use various types of technology (Microsoft, Google, etc.) so our team has to flex across many platforms and tools on a daily basis.
Structure & compensation: We start most Jemini teammates as contractors to ensure there is a mutual fit. We have equitable pay bands for all roles, and this role has a contract rate of $130 USD/hour and a full-time base salary range of $150-170K USD.
Our hiring philosophy

We hire talented and passionate people from a variety of backgrounds and create an environment where talent isn’t just recognized—it’s nurtured, challenged, and propelled toward what’s next. If you’re enthusiastic about design-led consulting and share our company values, we want to hear from you.
