About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Walmart Retail Systems & Programs Manager to oversee all aspects of our Walmart U.S. retail business. This role requires deep knowledge of Walmart’s internal supplier systems, replenishment programs, reporting platforms, and retailer compliance requirements.
The ideal candidate has direct experience working with Walmart suppliers and buyers and understands how to drive sales growth through Walmart’s operational and merchandising systems.
Responsibilities
Walmart Systems Management
* Manage Retail Link and Walmart Luminate reporting
* Monitor inventory, replenishment, and in-stock performance
* Analyze sales, forecasting, and store-level trends
* Identify opportunities to improve sell-through and inventory efficiency
* Manage item setup, maintenance, and catalog updates
Walmart Program Management
* Oversee Walmart replenishment programs
* Manage OTIF (On Time In Full) performance
* Coordinate modular resets and assortment changes
* Support new item launches and store expansions
* Monitor supplier scorecards and compliance metrics
* Work with Walmart buyers and replenishment managers
Sales & Analytics
* Develop sales forecasts and inventory plans
* Analyze store-level and regional performance
* Identify growth opportunities across categories
* Prepare business reviews and performance reports
* Monitor competitive activity and market trends
Supply Chain & Operations
* Coordinate inventory planning with internal teams
* Reduce out-of-stocks and improve fill rates
* Manage Walmart compliance requirements
* Resolve operational issues affecting store performance
* Support demand planning and forecasting initiatives
Qualifications
* 3 years experience managing Walmart U.S. retail accounts
* Strong knowledge of Retail Link and Walmart Luminate
* Experience working directly with Walmart buyers and replenishment teams
* Understanding of OTIF, modulars, item setup, and replenishment processes
* Strong analytical and forecasting skills
* Experience with supplier scorecards and compliance metrics
* Advanced Excel skills required
Preferred Qualifications
* Experience with CPG, baby, kitchen, home goods, or consumer products
* Experience managing multi-million-dollar Walmart business
* Background in demand planning, supply chain, or category management
* Familiarity with Walmart merchandising processes
