Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and optimize CNC programs for custom door components.
- Collaborate with production teams to ensure accurate machining and efficient workflow.
- Maintain and troubleshoot CNC programming issues to minimize downtime.
- Ensure compliance with manufacturing standards and quality control procedures.
- Experience in CNC operations, and Machining
- Experience with Autocad or other CAD platforms
- Exposure to CNC machinery either in wood working or aluminum applications
- Experience with CNC programming tools such as Alphacam, Kval, or Fomcam
- Strong attention to detail
- Strong communication and organization skills
- Commitment to educating themselves in unfamiliar areas relevant to their responsibilities
