Positions available for Quality Control Inspector to assist our team in providing value-added goods and services to our customers.
Job Duties:
- Inspect all aspects of windows and doors manufactured within the Plant against published quality standards.
- Able to read and interpret drawings, use a tape measurer, calipers and basic knowledge of utilizing an I-Pad.
- Able to effectively communicate with hourly production employees to include training them on their job tasks.
- Coach employees when quality defects are identified.
- Effectively communicate with Group Manages and Leaders, coaching and collaborating with them on solutions to quality obstacles.
- Able to write Standard Operating Procedures and fill out various reports. Able to stand for 8-10 hours per day, operate in a non-airconditioned manufacturing environment.
- Able to be coached and able to quickly learn quality standards.
