We’re hiring an Account Manager to manage deals from signed term sheet through closing.
This role serves as the key point of contact between sales and operations, ensuring smooth processing, clear communication, and timely closings.
This is a high-impact role for someone who’s organized, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment. You’ll quarterback the loan process—coordinating across teams, solving problems quickly, and delivering an excellent borrower experience.
Responsibilities:
- Manage loan files from processing to clear-to-close
- Serve as liaison between sales, operations, and underwriting
- Proactively solve issues that could delay loan closings
- Maintain organized, up-to-date files for each borrower
- Communicate directly with borrowers to ensure a smooth experience
- Meet performance benchmarks for different loan products
- Help generate borrower referrals and positive reviews
Compensation:
- Base salary: $40,000–$50,000
- $160 per closed loan
- 20 closed loans/month = $78,400 annually
- 35 closed loans/month = $100,000 annually
Top performers have the potential to earn well over six figures.
Qualifications:
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities
- Clear, professional verbal and written communication
- Self-motivated and accountable
- Comfortable using phone, email, and CRM tools to manage workflow
- Experience in lending, mortgages, or finance preferred but not required
