Overview
A high-growth technology services organization is seeking a Vice President of Projects to take command of project management, coordination, and engineering teams. This leader will own delivery from scoping and design through execution—driving precision, accountability, and elite client outcomes.
What You Will Own
Lead and develop Project Managers, Coordinators, and Engineering leadership
Drive on-time, on-budget execution across a portfolio of client projects
Oversee scoping, quoting, and solution design in partnership with sales and technical teams
Command resource management and capacity planning to maximize utilization
Build scalable processes that increase speed, efficiency, and consistency
Serve as executive point of contact for key clients and critical escalations
What It Takes
10 years leading project or program delivery
Experience in MSP, IT services, or technology delivery environments
Proven leadership of cross-functional teams and delivery organizations
Strong command of resource planning, forecasting, and operations
Experience with tools such as MS Project, Jira, Asana, or PSA systems (ConnectWise a plus)
Bachelor’s degree required; MBA preferred
