Litigator

We’re partnering with a growing litigation firm in Houston seeking attorneys with experience in general liability, transportation, premises, or construction litigation.

This role offers hands-on litigation experience and the opportunity to manage cases from inception through resolution.

Responsibilities include:

• Depositions, motion practice, hearings, mediations, and trial preparation
• Drafting pleadings, discovery, and legal correspondence
• Direct interaction with clients, carriers, and opposing counsel
• Managing an active litigation caseload independently
  
  

Qualifications:

• 2 years of litigation experience
• Experience within general liability, transportation, premises, or construction matters preferred
• Strong writing, analytical, and case management skills
• Licensed in Texas or Louisiana
