- Manage day‑to‑day accounting and financial oversight for multiple grants and funding sources.
- Prepare, review, and submit grant financial reports in accordance with sponsor and regulatory requirements.
- Monitor grant budgets, expenditures, and fund balances to ensure compliance with allowable cost guidelines.
- Reconcile grant accounts and resolve variances in a timely manner.
- Track grant revenue recognition and deferred revenue as applicable.
- Experience in grant accounting or financial management within a nonprofit or government setting.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment while maintaining effective communication.
