What's the Job?
- Lead and optimize Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (D365 F&O) capabilities across warehouse, forecasting, planning, and manufacturing.
- Drive day-to-day operations and performance of the D365 environment, ensuring operational efficiency and scalability.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to deliver best business and operational processes, ensuring transactional integrity and enabling data-driven decision-making.
- Manage and develop an ERP team responsible for enhancements, integrations, and continuous improvement initiatives aligned with business goals.
- Oversee solution design, configuration, and deployment to improve workflows and reduce operational costs.
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Supply Chain, or related field (Master’s preferred but not required).
- 7 years of experience in ERP solution management, with a focus on manufacturing and distribution industries.
- Deep expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (F&O), especially in Supply Chain, Warehouse Management, Planning, Forecasting, and Manufacturing modules.
- Strong understanding of ERP architecture and integrations, including WMS, MES, and third-party logistics systems.
- Excellent leadership, project management, and stakeholder communication skills.
