Our client, a leading organization in the manufacturing and distribution industry, is seeking a Senior Manager, ERP Solutions (D365) to join their team. As a Senior Manager, ERP Solutions (D365), you will be part of the IT and Operations support teams. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership, analytical thinking, and collaborative skills which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Senior Manager, ERP Solutions (D365)

Location: Milwaukee, Wisconsin or Downers Grove, Illinois

What's the Job?

• Lead and optimize Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (D365 F&O) capabilities across warehouse, forecasting, planning, and manufacturing.
• Drive day-to-day operations and performance of the D365 environment, ensuring operational efficiency and scalability.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to deliver best business and operational processes, ensuring transactional integrity and enabling data-driven decision-making.
• Manage and develop an ERP team responsible for enhancements, integrations, and continuous improvement initiatives aligned with business goals.
• Oversee solution design, configuration, and deployment to improve workflows and reduce operational costs.
  
  

What's Needed?

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Supply Chain, or related field (Master’s preferred but not required).
• 7 years of experience in ERP solution management, with a focus on manufacturing and distribution industries.
• Deep expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (F&O), especially in Supply Chain, Warehouse Management, Planning, Forecasting, and Manufacturing modules.
• Strong understanding of ERP architecture and integrations, including WMS, MES, and third-party logistics systems.
• Excellent leadership, project management, and stakeholder communication skills.
