Business Analyst - Functional ERP Support

Our client, a leading organization in the Appleton area, is seeking a Business Analyst - Functional ERP Support professional to join their team. As a Business Analyst - Functional ERP Support, you will be part of the IT support department supporting finance, supply chain, and field and service operations teams. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proactive mindset, which will align successfully within the organization.

Job Title: Business Analyst - Functional ERP Support

Location: Remote (US Only)

Pay Range: $41 - $46 per hour (W2 Only)

What's the Job?

• Support and optimize the company's Viewpoint ERP platform used for core business functions.
• Translate business needs into detailed ERP functional specifications and configurations.
• Lead change management initiatives by gathering requirements, supporting adoption, and maintaining documentation.
• Enable data-driven decision-making through reports, dashboards, audits, and system performance monitoring.
• Partner with IT, vendors, and consultants to support system integrations, user training, and continuous improvement efforts.
  
  

What's Needed?

• Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• Hands-on experience supporting ERP systems, preferably Viewpoint, including integrations, reporting, and dashboard development (Power BI experience is a plus).
• Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions with strong project management skills.
• Proven analytical, problem-solving, and continuous improvement mindset focused on adoption and data quality.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with experience training users and working effectively across teams.
