- Oversee all financial operations, ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting.
- Develop and manage budgets, forecasts, and financial plans.
- Implement and maintain cost accounting systems and procedures.
- Ensure compliance with GAAP and Sarbanes-Oxley regulations.
- Provide financial analysis and insights to support decision-making.
- Lead and mentor the finance team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with other departments to optimize financial performance and operational efficiency.
- Manage ERP systems, with a preference for SAP.
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline.
- At least 10 years of experience in the manufacturing sector, with a strong background in cost accounting.
- Advanced degree (Master's) in a related field is a plus.
- Professional certifications such as CPA or CMA are highly desirable.
- Proven leadership and management experience.
- Proficiency in ERP systems, with SAP experience preferred.
- In-depth knowledge of GAAP and Sarbanes-Oxley regulations.
