The Controller will be responsible for the accuracy and integrity of all financial information. The person should enjoy working in a very dynamic, fast-paced environment. We are looking for a hands-on, roll up your sleeves type of manager who is comfortable living in the details and has the ability to understand the big picture. Your Impact Prepare, review and finalize monthly financial statements and present to PTx Controllership and Finance teams in support of sales volume, cost understanding, and variance analysis Ensures compliance with all Corporate Policies, SOX controls and U.S GAAP Drive for efficiencies and optimization of overall finance support utilizing new system tools and functionalities while ensuring financial integrity is maintained at all times in all reporting systems Supervision of and responsibility for training, providing guidance, and oversight for the Precision Planting Accounting Team Oversee all functions of accounting systems including general ledger and the preparation of the monthly financial statements Provide leadership to successful implementation of a new ERP across all Precision Planting sites Your Experience and Qualifications 7+ years of Accounting or Finance experience Bachelor’s degree in accounting Solid financial knowledge and understanding of US GAAP Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel & Power Point Cost Accounting Your Compensation This position will pay within the range of $65,000-$127,000, based on experience. (If applicable add) This position is eligible for a bonus based on 10% of compensation.
