- Greets visitors and public in a respectful and courteous manner maintaining required security procedures.
- Accepts incoming mail, deliveries and packages, sorting and routing to appropriate recipients, including school/office supplies.
- Receives, screens and directs incoming phone calls, and maintains a reliable log of all calls received.

High school diploma required, post secondary study preferred.

Following established JTEA Salary Guide ranging from $27.64$36.51/hour, commensurate with experience
