Duties

• Conduct pest control treatments targeting insects such as ants, termites, and other common pests using appropriate chemical agents while following pesticide management protocols.
• Utilize hand tools, power tools, farm machinery, and landscaping equipment safely and efficiently for various outdoor projects.
• Follow safety procedures related to confined space entry, ladder use, respiratory protection, and chemical handling to ensure personal safety and compliance with regulations.
• Drive company vehicles responsibly to reach multiple job sites while maintaining vehicle safety standards.
• Assist with landscape design projects by planting shrubs, flowers, or trees as needed to enhance aesthetic appeal.

Skills

• Strong knowledge of lawn care techniques and landscaping practices with a passion for outdoor environment improvement.
• Familiarity with pesticide management, chemical agent handling, and integrated pest management strategies.
• Understanding of entomology principles related to pest identification and control methods.
• Ability to follow confined space entry safety procedures, ladder safety protocols, and respiratory protection guidelines diligently.
• Experience with farm machinery, power tools, hand tools, and driving company vehicles safely.
• Knowledge of farming or agriculture practices that support sustainable land management.
• Excellent communication skills for coordinating with team members and clients effectively.
