What are the responsibilities and job description for the Quality Associate- Welding-2nd Shift position at Jefferson Southern Job Board?
- Assist in effective quality management systems with the coordination of QA Manager.
- Assist in maintaining quality standards, policies and related systems that will ensure minimal defects in product and minimal waste of resources.
- Respond quickly and efficiently in containing quality issues or complaints.
- Assist all associates in all other departments.
- Facilitate successful continuous improvement activities.
- Provide company-wide leadership towards successful TS-16949 efforts.
- Conduct audits of all product lines as well as suppliers.
- Utilize Statistical Process Control.
- Other duties as required.
