What are the responsibilities and job description for the Maintenance Assistant Manager position at Jefferson Southern Job Board?
- Ensure maximum production quantity and quality
- Support the policies, goals, and objectives of the company
- Plan and schedule project timelines, orders parts
- Constant monitoring of processes for improvement activity
- Assist and participate in new model equipment specifications, implementation, validation, and process development
- Ensure efficient manpower balance
- Encourage associates continuous improvement ideas
- Monitoring spare parts inventory and daily maintenance consumables
- Work with purchasing/vendors on cost efficiencies
Qualifications:
- Associates Degree (AS) from an accredited Technical School; or one to two years of related technical experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience
