We are seeking an experienced, licensed Plumber to join our maintenance department. Responsibilities include maintaining and repairing plumbing systems, responding to service requests, after-hour emergency calls, and performing preventative maintenance.

We require:

• Valid Plumbing License
• Excellent troubleshooting skills
• Commitment to providing outstanding service to our residents
