Job Summary:
The Service Rep is responsible for ensuring the dietary needs of all residents. This position performs a variety of activities related to the assembly and service of food to patients and /or guests. Promotes excellent customer relations, team orientation, conserves resources, support continuous quality improvement, and enhances the patient experience.
Service Rep Qualifications:
- High School diploma or equivalent preferred
- At least one year of food service experience preferred.
- One year of cashier experience in food service preferred.
- Culinary training and nutritional knowledge preferred.
- Proficiency in using computer systems for data entry and meal tracking preferred.
- Knowledge in food safety and sanitation standards preferred.
- General math skills and legible handwriting for reports.
- Verbal and public relation skills necessary to relate effectively with others.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of basic nutrition and special diets.
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment and manage multiple tasks.
- This position is a Safety Sensitive Position.
