Guest Liaison
Position summary:
Jefferson Park is currently accepting applications for a Guest Liaison to provide high-quality customer service to residents and guests. In this role you will welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner as they enter the facility, and provide guests with directions and information about facilities, programs, and other services. You should be an excellent communicator who can stay positive under pressure. You should be resident and guest oriented, as you will serve as a primary point of contact.
Your schedule can very, Week day hours are 6p-10p and weekend hours we have two shifts 8a-2p dayshift or 2p - 10p evening shift

Requirements:
- Excellent attendance & work ethic
- Clean background check
- Reliable transportation
- Ability to read, write, understand, and follow written and oral instructions
- Willingness to perform routine, repetitive tasks with frequent interruptions
- May require standing, sitting, walking, and changing positions frequently
- Able to work effective and efficiently
- Strong customer service skills
- Willing and able to work well in a team environment and work flexible hours
- Ability to learn the phone system
Responsibilities:
- Answer the door and greet guests
- Assist guests with check-in process
- Answer phone and direct calls to the appropriate staff member
- Provide information to residents and guests on current activities
- Help maintain a clean and welcoming environment
- Provide information about the facility such as directions and points of contact
- Offer assistance with certain tasks
- Maintain a clean and tidy entrance area for guests and residents

About Jefferson Park at Dandridge:
We are conveniently located one mile from I-40, Exit 417 at 914 Industrial Park Road in Dandridge.
We are a well-established 160-bed, 24-hour skilled nursing facility. Our Legacy building is a 130-bed facility, and we have 30 Green House beds. The 3 Green House Homes are a non-traditional way of living in a nursing home. With a more homelike environment, each home includes 10 private rooms/ bathrooms, hearth area with a fireplace and entertainment, and an open kitchen and dining area
