Job Summary
Job Summary
Under the direction of the Director of Special Education, this position shall plan, design, monitor, and participate in implementing Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) programs and service delivery options to meet the needs of students diagnosed with behavioral or social skill challenges at multiple school sites. Assure compliance with District and SELPA administrative policies and State and Federal laws and regulations; Supervise and evaluate the performance of assigned staff.
Requirements / Qualifications
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE: Bachelor’s Degree Valid Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification issued by the Behavior Analyst Certification Board. Valid Class C California Driver’s license. Valid First Aid and CPR certificate. Minimum of one year experience as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst working with children with various disabilities. 3 years of experience in behavior analysis, behavior management and/or socialization experience in a school setting preferred.
