Role Description
The position being filled is Pathways In Nursing Coordinator. This is a full-time, on-site position located in Hillsboro, MO, for an Educator/Faculty member at Jefferson College in the Bi-Level Nursing Program. The Pathways In Nursing Coordinator is responsible for the early assuance high school students, advising and recruiting local high school students, advising enrolled students, working with our hospital partner for clinical placement, and teaching as needed.
The selected candidate will be responsible for developing and delivering lesson plans, teaching courses within their area of expertise, and providing effective instruction to meet the diverse learning needs of students. Additional responsibilities include mentoring students, evaluating their progress, participating in assessment initiatives, and contributing to curriculum development. Faculty members will also engage in academic advising and collaborate with colleagues to foster a dynamic educational environment that promotes success and academic achievement.
