Marketplace Shipping Coordinator (FBA/WFS/TikTok Shop)

Position Summary

The Marketplace Shipping Coordinator is responsible for planning, creating, and executing inbound shipments to major ecommerce marketplaces including Amazon (FBA), Walmart (WFS), and TikTok Shop (FBT). This role ensures accurate shipment setup, proper product data alignment, and efficient coordination with internal fulfillment teams to maintain in-stock positions and support rapid sales velocity across channels.

This position reports to the FBA Manager and works cross-functionally with Ecommerce, Merchandising, and Operations/Logistics.

Key Responsibilities

Shipment Creation & Execution

• Create and manage weekly inbound shipments to Amazon FBA, Walmart WFS, Fulfillment by Tiktok
• Build shipment plans including carton configuration, labeling requirements, and routing compliance
• Ensure all shipments meet marketplace-specific requirements (prep, packaging, labeling, routing guides)
• Monitor shipment status from creation through delivery and check-in

Data Accuracy & Product Setup Coordination

• Gather and validate required product data prior to shipment creation: UPCs / GTINs, Product dimensions and weights, Case pack quantities, Packaging configurations
• Coordinate with Merchandising, Ecommerce, and Purchasing to resolve missing or inaccurate data
• Ensure listings and backend systems align with shipment details to avoid receiving delays or compliance issues

Inventory Planning Support

• Work with the FBA Manager to prioritize SKUs for replenishment based on: Sales velocity, Current marketplace inventory levels, Lead times and inbound constraints
• Help prevent stockouts and overstock situations by aligning shipment cadence with demand.

Cross-Functional Coordination

• Coordinate workload and shipment schedules with warehouse/fulfillment teams
• Collaborate with Ecommerce team on listing readiness and launch timing
• Work with Logistics partners on freight booking, routing, and issue resolution

Compliance & Issue Resolution

• Ensure adherence to marketplace shipping and compliance standards
• Troubleshoot shipment discrepancies, delays, or receiving issues
• Assist in resolving stranded inventory, rejected shipments, or labeling errors
• Maintain documentation and audit trails for shipments

Qualifications

Required

• 1–3 years experience in ecommerce, logistics, or supply chain operations
• Experience with Amazon Seller Central (FBA shipments required)
• Strong attention to detail and data accuracy
• Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets
• Ability to manage multiple shipments and deadlines simultaneously

Preferred

• Experience with Walmart WFS and/or TikTok Shop fulfillment
• Familiarity with ERP/WMS systems (e.g., Microsoft Dynamics GP, SalesPad, or similar)
• Understanding of packaging, case pack optimization, and freight considerations
• Experience in high-SKU or fast-moving consumer goods environments

Work Environment

• Office-based with regular coordination with warehouse/fulfillment teams
• Fast-paced ecommerce environment with high SKU count and seasonal demand spikes

Pay: $15.00 - $18.00 per hour
