What You’ll Do:
- Prepare vehicles for paint by sanding, masking, and priming surfaces
- Clean and degrease panels prior to paint application
- Identify imperfections and ensure surfaces are properly prepped
- Work closely with paint technicians to ensure high-quality finishes
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Follow all safety procedures and guidelines
What We’re Looking For:

Previous automotive prep or body shop experience preferred
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Dependable with a strong work ethic
- Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
