Position Summary
As an Insurance Sales Consultant, you will be responsible for generating new business, developing customer relationships, and offering a variety of insurance products tailored to individual needs. You will work closely with dealership customers and prospects to provide coverage solutions while delivering an exceptional customer experience.
What You'll Do
- Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing customers
- Educate customers on available insurance products and coverage options
- Generate insurance quotes and present policy recommendations
- Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate protection plans
- Cross-sell and upsell insurance products when appropriate
- Follow up on leads, referrals, and customer inquiries
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and policy information
- Meet and exceed individual sales and production goals
- Ensure compliance with all insurance regulations and company policies
- Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process and policy lifecycle
- Collaborate with dealership teams to create additional sales opportunities
