Job Responsibilities include:

· Customer service; greeting and assisting customers.

· Phone calls: Answer and direct phone calls, take messages, provide basic information

· Manage front desk operations:

o Stock in new vehicles

o Preparing new file folders

· Office correspondence (including emails, documents sent via Fed Ex and memos)

· Dealership: Assist with keeping our showroom looking presentable

· Some responsibilities may include sending reports

· Other clerical duties as needed.
