Jeff Wyler Hyundai of Beavercreek is seeking a reliable, detail-oriented Lot Technician/Driver to support daily dealership operations. This role is responsible for maintaining vehicle organization on the lot, assisting with vehicle movement, and ensuring a clean, safe, and efficient environment for customers and staff.
Key Responsibilities:
- Organize and maintain vehicle inventory on the lot and in designated areas
- Move vehicles between sales, service, and storage areas as needed
- Ensure vehicles are clean, presentable, and properly parked
- Assist in preparing vehicles for delivery, including fueling and basic inspections
- Shuttle vehicles to and from off-site locations, auctions, or customer homes when required
- Monitor lot conditions and report any damage, hazards, or maintenance issues
- Install dealer tags, stickers, and other required materials
- Support sales and service teams with vehicle-related tasks
- Follow all safety procedures and dealership policies
Qualifications:
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Ability to operate both automatic and manual transmission vehicles (preferred)
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
- Dependable, punctual, and team-oriented
- Ability to lift up to 25 lbs and be on your feet for extended periods
