Jeff Wyler Fairfield Auto Mall is looking for a dependable, organized, and customer-focused Full-Time Administrative Assistant to join our growing team. This position plays a vital role in keeping our dealership running smoothly by supporting multiple departments while providing exceptional service to our customers and employees.

Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support to dealership management and multiple departments.
- Greet customers and visitors with a friendly, professional attitude.
- Answer and direct incoming phone calls.
- Prepare, organize, and maintain dealership records and confidential documents.
- Assist with sales paperwork, deal processing, vehicle documentation, titles, and registrations.
- Perform accurate data entry and maintain customer records.
- Coordinate office communications, schedules, meetings, and correspondence.
- Order and maintain office supplies.
- Assist with payroll, accounting, invoicing, and reporting as needed.
- Support the Sales, Service, Finance, and Management teams with daily administrative tasks.
- Ensure compliance with dealership policies and state regulations.
- Complete additional administrative duties as assigned.

Qualifications:Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Previous office, administrative, receptionist, or customer service experience preferred.
- Automotive dealership experience is a plus but not required.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
- High attention to detail and accuracy.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and general computer applications.
- Ability to learn dealership software and CRM systems.
- Professional appearance and positive attitude.
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently and as part of a team.
Salary : $15 - $17
