This role is key to helping us stand out from other insurance agencies by ensuring every interaction feels personal, thoughtful, and relationship-driven—not transactional.

This person becomes the bridge between service and relationship—turning everyday interactions into meaningful experiences.

Salary Range: $20.00 - $24.00 per hour

Deliver an Exceptional New Client Experience

• Welcome new clients with a personal call, message, or handwritten note
• Set clear expectations for what working with the agency looks like
• Schedule and support 60-day follow-up reviews
• Create a smooth, friendly, and confidence-building onboarding experience

• Assist with client appreciation initiatives and events
• Support outreach efforts that strengthen the agency's community presence
