Farmers Insurance is looking for an entrepreneurial minded person to join our team as an Associate Agent, where you'll learn the insurance business under direct mentorship, with the opportunity to grow into a long term producer role or, for those who want it, your own agency down the road.
You'll be working alongside our District Office team, which brings a combined 50 years of experience to the table, plus full access to the award winning University of Farmers training. This isn't about selling policies, it's about becoming a trusted advisor while building a business you actually own.

Associate Agent → Licensed Producer (long term career track) or Agency Owner (for those who want to run their own shop)
What We Offer:
- Base salary of $36,000/year PLUS uncapped commissions, with most of your income coming from uncapped commission once you hit your stride

What You'll Do:
- Use our CRM and automation tools to prospect and follow up with leads we provide
- Sell and quote insurance across auto, home, life, and commercial lines
- Build and maintain relationships with new and prospective clients
- Document and update customer records based on interactions
- Develop a growing knowledge base of our products and services
What We're Looking For:
- Previous experience in customer service, sales, or a related field
- Ability to build rapport quickly and follow up consistently
- Positive, professional, and coachable
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Willingness to study for and pass the required WA licensing exams (Property & Casualty and Life, Accident & Health), we provide support and study resources, but the studying and test are on you
