Role Description The Insurance Account Representative is a full-time, on-site role based in Peoria, IL. This position involves assisting clients with insurance inquiries, policy changes, and claims-related questions while providing prompt and professional customer service. Daily responsibilities include managing accounts, reviewing coverage options, preparing quotes, and supporting sales efforts to identify and meet client needs. The role also includes educating clients on available products, following up on leads, maintaining accurate records within agency systems, and participating in ongoing training to stay current on State Farm offerings and industry practices.
