Role Description The Insurance Account Representative is a full-time, on-site role based in Springfield, IL. This position is responsible for assisting new and existing customers with insurance inquiries, policy changes, quotes, and claims-related questions. Daily activities include managing customer accounts, explaining coverage options, processing applications, and following up on leads to support sales goals. The role involves actively participating in outbound and inbound calls, setting appointments, and maintaining accurate records in agency systems. The Insurance Account Representative collaborates with the agent and team members to deliver excellent customer service, support marketing campaigns, and contribute to the overall growth of the agency.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong Account Management skills to support policy reviews, renewals, and ongoing customer relationships.
