Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Center Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, nurturing client relationships, and supporting strategic growth initiatives. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, a proactive mindset, and experience with CRM tools to drive revenue and expand our market presence.

Duties

  • Engage with prospective clients through calls, emails, and meetings to generate new business leads
  • Manage and update customer information using Salesforce and other CRM software to ensure accurate records
  • Develop and implement strategic plans to target key markets and customer segments
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to create campaigns that attract potential clients
  • Conduct sales presentations, negotiations, and closing of deals to meet business objectives
  • Support project management activities related to client onboarding and account development
  • Maintain ongoing relationships with existing clients to foster loyalty and identify upselling opportunities
  • Track performance metrics and prepare reports on sales activities and pipeline status

Skills

  • Minimum 1–2 years of experience in an automotive Business Development Center (BDC) or customer service/sales call-center environment.
  • Proficiency in Salesforce and CRM software for managing customer data and sales pipelines
  • Strong background in business development, sales, and negotiation techniques
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for building client relationships
  • Strategic planning abilities to identify growth opportunities and develop actionable plans
  • Experience in project management to coordinate multiple initiatives effectively
  • Knowledge of marketing principles to support outreach efforts
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment
  • Provide excellent customer service by answering product questions, offering availability, and building rapport.
