Major Duties & Responsibilities
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service
- Assess customers’ needs and provide assistance and information on service features
- Remain knowledgeable on vehicles and discuss available options for weddings, corporate events, airport transfers, and parties
- Build productive and lasting relationships with customers
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- You are coachable, flexible and self-motivated
- You can hit the ground running
- Excellent communicator with professional phone skills
- Think dynamically and problem solver
- Must pass a background check
- Answer incoming customer inquiries via telephone and email
- Collaborate with management teams to stay updated on new products, services, and policies
- Record customer information within our customer service database
- Engage with clients in a friendly and professional manner while actively listening to their concerns
- Offer support and solutions to customers in accordance with the company’s customer service policies
- Other duties as requested
Schedule
8 hour shift. Tuesday to Saturday, 10 am – 7 pm, some flexibility may be available
Pay
$16 – $20 / hour
Experience Level: 1 year
Education: High school or equivalent (Required)
